yes, I am a bus driver and I can't tell you how many cars pull in front of me while talking on the cell because they aren't paying attention. If you need to talk, pull over!

Yes place a ban on mobile fones and have it on speaker and mounted on the dashboard, just like changing the dial on the radio or cd player. So enact new laws that are Universally applied.

well no it shouldnt because something could happen while your in the car like a car reck or if somebody has a seizure or something youll have to have an ambulance or there pretty much saying you cant call the abulance or its illegal

It should be made illegal ,cause 1. your attention/concentration will be divided and a minute wrong dicission take on wheel either on high or low speed can terminate lives of others on the road and to avoid this, use of cell phone while driving should be prohibited.

Yes, cell phones should be banned! Cell phones are great! Just not when you are driving! too many peoples lives are involved in your careless and selfish decision to talk about crap. just wait the extra 20 minutes go park then you can talk all day if you like.

Ther is no reason to talk while driving. Most people have a hard time just driving.

You need a hand (sometimes) and a brain to talk on the phone. I saw a man die because of it, and he took another car's driver with him. He drove past me on the highway on his cell phone. Then there was a traffic jam, truckers were setting up flares, and he was lying on the ground with a now very red shirt.
