Is there any doubt? MJ is the best. The different era was not that long ago. The defense that was played by Detroit, New York and a host of other teams was brutal. These guys today would not last. Look at how many of the so called superstars stay on the IR list. There may be a handfull of players today that can play when MJ played. Scottsphotography got it right, it's all about offense today baby. Literally, if you look at an opponent wrong today, you may get a foul called against you.

statistics may favor Lebron but its a different generation. Rarely do teams now play defense like the teams Jordan played against.....look at the bad boy team in Detroit or Magic and his team. Teams now are into scoring. there are only a handful of teams that do and honestly the Cavs arent one of them

kobe could win the olympics 8 years ago and barely made it this time... jordan and larry and magic won every game with big margin.. they are and will be the only dream team..

His airness not only was he the most complete player but he improved those around him and made a championship team out of it. He also dominated the game during an era which was more competetive I could go on but no need!!!
